À l’issue du dépouillement des 149 bureaux de vote strasbourgeois, c’est Catherine Trautmann qui sort en tête du 1er tour du 15 mars à Strasbourg avec 25,93%. L’ancienne maire devance Jean-Philippe Vetter (24,23%), Jeanne Barseghian (19,72%) et Florian Kobryn (12,03%). Surprise : ni Virginie Joron, ni Pierre Jakubowicz ne réussissent à atteindre le second tour. Un premier tour marqué par une participation de 58,13%, très haute pour une élection municipale à Strasbourg.
Entre le 15 et 16 mars, au moment des douze coups de minuit, le 1er tour des élections municipales à Strasbourg a rendu son verdict définitif, proche des premières estimations. C’est la favorite des sondages Catherine Trautmann qui mène la danse, avec un score pourtant inférieur à ce qui était projeté. Jean-Philippe Vetter suit avec un excellent score, tandis que Jeanne Barseghian est en difficulté. De son côté, l’Insoumis Florian Kobryn fait quatre fois mieux qu’en 2020, atteignant par là le second tour.
Dans le même temps, l’extrême droite n’atteint pas le second tour pour la deuxième élection municipale consécutive, Virginie Joron faisant 7%, soit à peine mieux en pourcentage qu’en 2020. Et surtout : contrairement à 2020 où le candidat macroniste Alain Fontanel avait atteint 19,86% au 1er tour, Pierre Jakubowicz a péniblement dépassé la barre des 5% en 2026.
